Dayton, Ohio – Monaghan Tooling Group (MTG), a marketing and engineering company that provides the metalworking industry with world-class engineered tooling and services, will be the exclusive master distributor for Diatool’s new Top Speed Ring (TSR) modular reaming system.
What sets this reaming system apart from other common cutting rings on the market is the addition of four cutting blades and that the reamers can be reconditioned an unlimited number of times as long as the reamer body is in good condition (approximately 10 times or more).
The new Diatool TSR reamer product offers easy assembly and does not require a diameter setting. Other features include:
- Modular reaming rings from Ø50.00mm to Ø150.00mm
- Steel body construction with carbide or cermet blades with many coating options
- Holders with internal coolant supply
The Top Speed Ring provides versatility by allowing for a left-hand helix or straight-fluted standard options and allows for different geometries, face cutting and pilot steps.
