Stafford composite shaft collars & flange mounts are manufactured from aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, depending upon user requirements for weight, strength, and corrosion-resistance. Commonly used as spacers, stops, gears, rollers, and wheels, the collars can include neoprene or urethane bumpers to soften impact and reduce noise.
Available in sizes from 0.25” to 10” I.D. in 1-pc and set-screw styles, Stafford composite shaft collars & flange mounts can include threads, keyways, square and hex bores, and other modifications. Typical applications include conveyors, food processing equipment, medical equipment instrument stands, and packaging systems.
