symmetrical roller repositioning away from the rolling system to
reduce setup time by 75%. A short 10-min time applies to initial setups and any time the thread rolls are changed out.
A 20% reduction in rolling-head lengths makes the units well-suited for CNC lathes and screw machines. Available in T120F, T160F, T220F, and T350F models, the rolling heads accommodate thread diameters from 5¼64 to 2 in. All models easily adjust from coarse to fine and extra-
fine-pitch threads.
