Trelleborg Medical Solutions exhibits advanced solutions for medical devices, pharmaceutical, and biotech applications at MD&M West in Anaheim, California, February 3 to 5, 2026, booth 2911.

Trelleborg focuses on its Integrated Solutions program that supports customers from the earliest product development stages, including rapid production-intent prototyping, through to delivery of finished, sterile-packaged products and assembled devices. Integrated Solutions simplifies development and manufacturing systems, enhancing supply chains and logistics processes and  driving cost savings through bundled purchasing processes and consolidated audits, shipping, and logistics.

By leveraging Trelleborg’s world-wide manufacturing network, which now includes a new 107,600ft2 facility in Costa Rica, all competencies are combined to provide partners with complete solutions. Through a globally standardized quality management system, Trelleborg ensures consistency and efficiency, helping reduce risks across all production processes.

“We support medical device and life science companies globally as a one-stop shop for the design, development, prototyping and serial production of polymer-based solutions,” says Kevin Ehlert, business unit president of Medical Device Solutions Americas. “With our newest facility in Costa Rica now open, this vision of better serving customers is further enhanced.

“At MD&M West we demonstrate our comprehensive portfolio of solutions for the medical device and life science sectors and engage in discussions about current challenges in medical technology as well as the requirements of contract manufacturers.”

Further highlights include solutions offered by Trelleborg’s Innovation Center which reduce time to market for manufacturers.

“For healthcare and medical innovators looking to create high-performing products and measurably reduce go-to-market timelines, our team at the Innovation Center can create samples in days, enabling multiple design iterations to be tested to confirm effective production and rapid scale up,” says Linda Muroski, business area president. “Engineers and product innovators get direct access to some of the best minds in materials science, design for manufacturability, tooling, and prototyping, plus proven processes for improving critical outcomes in development and manufacturing.”

Attendees can also see examples of thermoplastic injection molding, elastomer-molded and extruded tubing, hose, sheeting, multicomponent parts, and micromolding.
